EPCRC-CSA study - quality checks are ongoing

The EPCRC-CSA study closed on December 23rd 2009. The study coordinators at the trial office in Trondheim are in the process of finalizing the quality assurance procedures and merging the data files. These procedures have proved very time-consuming due to unexplained missing data at some of the study centres.
The study group has decided to wait until the data file is complete and fully checked before sending it to the researchers who will be involved in the analyses.

Update on the EPCRC-CSA study

By 17th December, 861 patient files have been returned to the study centre in Trondheim.
The number is likely to increase when all the remaining files are sent to the coordinator after the study has been closed. We still hope some patients will join the study during the last few days.
The study will close at midnight on Dec 23rd.

EPCRC-CSA study: 224 patients included

By 25th March 2009, 224 patients have been recruited to the EPCRC-CSA study, from five Norwegian centres. The true number is higher, as this figure is based upon the number of data registration files received at the study office in Trondheim. We are eagerly waiting for the first registrations from abroad!
Please go to Clinical studies in the Project Documents section to view regular updates on the study.
