Successful EPCRC project meeting in Milan, 29-30 October 2009
The project meeting in Milan was important to plan and coordinate the activities of the final project year, November 2009-October 2010. We also made plans for final publications from the collaborative.
The meeting was hosted by Alessandra Pigni and Augusto Caraceni from the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori in Milan, who had arranged everything to everybody's full satisfaction.
The work of the EPCRC is going well, but it is an ongoing challenge to recruit the necessary number of patients to the clinical studies, the EPCRC-CSA study as well as the Biomarker study.
The collaborative is actively exploring possibilities to continue the collaboration on new projects.
